Next, they talk about keeping posts short when posting a tweet, it should be concise and focused on a specific message. Another thing I learned is that for tweets, businesses would want to post consistently and at optimal times to target when would be the best time to tweet. When posting tweets they recommend posting visually appealing content to boost engagement. Another thing I learned is using Twitter lists by using this application is a great way to easily find curate posts from customers, influencers, or other brands. This can let businesses know what other competitors are doing through monitoring posts by competitors for ideas or ways to improve your brand's Twitter content strategy. Another way to interact with your audiences ask questions and run polls this is a great way to provide customer service and get to interact with your customers. Businesses can also run contests and promotions to increase engagement and gain followers. Furthermore, they can go live on Twitter or use direct messaging to interact directly more with followers and potential customers through direct messaging. Overall, using Twitter for businesses would be a great benefit for them to connect with their audience and to advertise their business.
